At Srozelonththrel, we are committed to providing high-quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted bouquets and floral designs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a floral arrangement that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including delivery charges.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Date and time of delivery

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return request. Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged or incorrect orders (as described above)
  • Cancelled orders (if cancelled before processing begins)
  • Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address provided by customer

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fresh floral arrangements that have been delivered and accepted
  • Custom-designed arrangements created to specific customer specifications
  • Items damaged due to improper care by the customer
  • Delivery fees (unless the order was our error)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before we begin processing your order. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible, and a refund may not be available. For same-day delivery orders, cancellation must be requested within 30 minutes of order placement.

Late Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is significantly delayed due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or replacement arrangement.
